David is a lifelong resident of Central New York and has built a career of more than 35 years in the Syracuse parking business. With a BS in Finance and Management, David oversees the operations side of the Syracuse Parking Services. He has managed the operation of over 40 parking facilities in CNY, including medical facility valet services and special event parking for the Great New York State Fair, St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview, and various music festivals. David has experience in both private and municipal surface parking lots and garages, ranging in size from 60-1,350 spaces. His involvement in Syracuse expands past parking; he is a proud member of the Downtown Committee. David is also the owner of Syracuse Power Sweeping, LLC, a parking lot maintenance and sweeping company.
Karen is also proud to be a lifelong resident of Central New York. She holds her MBA in Marketing and Management which she uses to maintain the human resources, employee relations, marketing, and branding elements of the business. Karen takes pride in both the Syracuse and parking communities as an active member of Women Business Opportunities Connections, Syracuse First, and the Women in Parking Association. Karen’s extensive past experience in operating large event venues such as the Great New York State Fair and St. Joseph’s Health Amphitheater at Lakeview makes her confident in saying there is no event too large for SPS to handle! She also owns Syracuse Power Sweeping, LLC.
Christopher M. Sullivan, General Manager
Chris is a lifelong resident of Central New York, graduating from Jordan-Elbridge High School before receiving his B.S in Economics and B.A in International Relations from Syracuse University. He has worked with David Gross for the past 15 years and held the position of General Manager since 2016 for both Syracuse Parking Services and Syracuse Power Sweeping. Prior to SPS, Chris excelled as a Tax Accountant, Warehouse Manager for a package distribution center, and served in the United States Army. As General Manager, he oversees all daily operations of both companies.
